About ClickRank
ClickRank publishes informational, affiliate-disclosed product research, comparison, and review content for ClickBank and related digital offers. The current site is a static content and SEO application: readers can browse reviews, categories, search pages, editorial disclosures, and approved outbound offer routes without creating an account.
ClickRank does not provide medical, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Product pages, scores, summaries, and recommendations are editorial information only. You should verify vendor claims, refund terms, pricing, bonuses, eligibility, and purchase terms on the official vendor or marketplace page before buying.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use ClickRank only for lawful, personal, informational, or internal business research purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volumes, bypass technical protections, misuse search or feed surfaces, or use ClickRank content to mislead readers about a product, vendor, affiliate relationship, or endorsement.
ClickRank is intended for general audiences interested in digital-product research. It is not directed to children, and the current product scope does not include child-directed services, accounts, or protected youth data flows.
Affiliate relationships and outbound links
ClickRank may earn a commission when readers buy through outbound affiliate links, including ClickBank links. Affiliate compensation does not remove the need for independent reader judgment. We try to separate monetization from editorial judgment and make affiliate disclosures visible, but vendor pages are controlled by their operators.
Outbound routes may redirect you to ClickBank, a vendor, a checkout provider, or another third-party site. Once you leave ClickRank, that third party’s terms, privacy policy, cookie policy, refund policy, and support process apply.
Content accuracy and availability
We aim to keep pages current, but vendor pricing, refund windows, screenshots, bonuses, claims, gravity signals, availability, and checkout flows can change without notice. ClickRank may update, remove, redirect, noindex, or archive content at any time, especially when a product becomes unavailable, risky, stale, unmapped, or no longer aligned with editorial standards.
No accounts, billing, or user-generated content in current V1
The current ClickRank V1 site does not offer reader accounts, subscriptions, billing, wallets, admin access, public comments, or user-generated content. If future product scope adds SaaS accounts, saved preferences, paid features, or submissions, those features will need explicit acceptance criteria, privacy review, and updated legal terms before launch.
Intellectual property
ClickRank’s site design, copy, data organization, editorial taxonomies, and original assets are owned by ClickRank or its licensors unless otherwise noted. Third-party product names, logos, vendor materials, and marketplace references belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, comparison, or affiliate routing context.
You may link to public ClickRank pages. You may not copy, republish, resell, or bulk extract ClickRank content except as permitted by law or with written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ClickRank is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, vendor performance, product outcomes, earnings, health outcomes, financial outcomes, or any specific result from using third-party offers described on the site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickRank and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party vendor pages, checkout providers, affiliate networks, or products you choose to buy.
Changes to these terms
We may update this draft as the product, legal review, or shared standard changes. Material product-scope changes, production publication of final legal terms, or legal commitments remain approval-gated.
